All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received.

Processing time may vary depending on order size, availability, and customization (for 3D printing and custom binder engraving, this may take 2-3 weeks before shipping). Customers will be notified of any delays.
Return & Exchange Policy
Returns Eligibility:

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns unless damaged or defective during transit.(ALL trading cards are non-returnable, a refund will be determined)

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item is damaged or defective, contact us at Sales@DNADesigns3D.com within 7 days with photos. Refunds will be processed if necessary after escalation.
Refunds:

Refunds are available only for damaged or defective items or by prior agreement. Refunds are processed to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days.
Return Shipping:

We provide prepaid return labels for damaged or defective items. For other returns, customers are responsible for shipping costs.
